Great location. Close to major landmarks and great restaurants. Close to the airport Gorgeous views. Modern style. Great layout for a group of friends or family . Host was very responsive and friendly. The security staff of the building was very friendly as well. We particularly enjoyed sitting and chatting on the terrace. Highly recommend!

El lugar está ubicado en un sitio privilegiado , el departamento, el diseño y toda su parte interior son increíbles. Lo único que no me gustó es que el parqueadero está un poco lejos del lugar y se puso incómodo el estar bajando, maletas y luego ir a dejar el vehículo. Lo demás estuvo increíble volvería, pero esta vez sabiendo qué hacer con mi Carro jejejej

We had a very nice evening in Guayaquil, we were in transit so were looking for something central and secure and Yadira's apartment was perfect. Close to the modern waterfront, secure and comfortable, if you're visiting Guayaquil it's an idea location, particularly with a family. Thanks for all of your help and flexibility Yadira!

This place is without a doubt one of the best I found on airbnb. The apartment is very spacious and very well maintained. It's located on a perfect location everything you may want to see is waking distance. I highly recommend it and I'd definitely stay here again.

Great spacious new penthouse apartment with fanatic balcony with river view.The location is safe and there is a 24/7 security guard in the building which is reassuring but somewhat limiting for privacy.The place is immaculately clean and was perfect for our two day trip to recalibrate use the washer drier and to enjoy Netflix.Some nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is truly special — right in front of the river, which became my favorite spot to relax. Just down the street there’s beautiful local art; I even bought a piece to take home. It’s also very close to the Windham Hotel, where I had breakfast every day, as well as other lovely restaurants and coffee spots. Everything was walkable, which made my days feel easy and peaceful.I was traveling with my 4-month-old baby, and we both enjoyed the space so much. The security staff was kind and helpful, and I felt very safe and cared for. Thank you for a lovely experience!
